Background Info

Paula received her Bachelor of Music from Syracuse University, graduating Summa cum Laude and Class Marshall for the College of Visual & Performing Arts, with a major in Music Industry. While her post-graduate career has taken Paula in non-musical directions, she has remained active in community bands. She participated in the Ramsey Wind Symphony for nine years, serving as Principal Flute from 2015-2018, before joining the North Jersey Concert Band in 2019.

Meaningful Personal Musical Experience(s)

An undergraduate musical highlight was performing the Bach Brandenburg Concerto No. 4 with the Syracuse Symphony Orchestra chamber ensemble. More recently, I love playing for veterans' groups because it is so meaningful and fulfilling.

Favorite Music Played with NJCB

I enjoy performing a wide variety of musical genres, with a particular affinity for Broadway medleys, pop, and nostalgic audience favorites

Hobbies/Interests

Outside of my work in the advertising industry, I'm obsessed with my Peloton bike, an avid reader of fiction and self-proclaimed foodie.
